traffic-tips

Online publishers are all looking for one thing, well written, concise, focused articles. The reason that there is such a high demand for these types of articles is because posting these types of articles is an excellent way to heighten product awareness, improve search engine ranking, increasing brand awareness, and establishing a relationship with the clients.

If you are someone who is capable of writing these types of articles, you should be able to attract a steady flow of income by offering articles that online publishers are unable to find elsewhere. The best thing about writing website content is that you don’t have to worry about spending money in order to get started.

There are a few things that you can do that will make it easier for online publishers to find and publish your articles.

Syndication

By syndicating your articles, you make it easier for online publishers to post your articles on their websites. Webmasters love article syndication because it saves them time. When your articles are syndicated all the webmaster has to do is enter two lines of code into their website and your server will distribute the article to their website.

The best place to start offering your articles for syndication is on your very own website.

Create Your Own News Channel

When you create a news channel you are providing yourself with a way to broadcast the content that you have written to the Web by using just a single text file. Doing this is called Really Simple Syndication, RSS. If you are looking for samples of RSS you should take a look at some webblogs.

Once you have created an RSS file, your potential clients will be able to read and use your work via aggregator programs. All you have to do is make sure that the feed for your personal news channel is indexed with any website who is interested in publishing your work.

Online Directories

You should never overlook article directories. You would be surprised by how many online publishers turn to the directories when they are looking for new articles they can publish on their websites. High quality articles that are listed on a directory are often used several times, you will see them posted on websites and published in ezines. Making sure that your articles are listed on a directory is an excellent way to have your articles work for you. The more people who find your article on the directory, the more name recognition you will get.

effective-niche-research

There is no more important aspect of affiliate marketing than choosing and identifying your niche so that you can promote affiliate products and services to them effectively.

Your success as an affiliate marketer depends alos depends on your ability to stay up to date on changes in your niche, and keeping content fresh and relevant for your target audience.

Here are 5 effective ways to do research your niche and increase your chances of success with affiliate marketing:

1. Choosing Your Niche
The first thing you need to realize is that there are tons of niches that are untapped and just waiting for you to step in and dominate. Don’t fall into the trap of thinking that you have to promote what’s currently hot. There’s enough out there for everyone.

Why make your Internet business just another J.O.B.? Determine your passion, what it is you love, and research those niches first.

So, the very first step in your niche research is to actually choose the niche you will be promoting.  After determining your passions, also consider your professional training, hobbies, and other experiences that might make it easy for you to put together some content and promote related products and services. Imagine if you love golf and could merge that love with promoting it online for money?

2. Seek Out Your Targeted Visitors
The best way to research your niche and find out what they want is by hanging out with them. You can do that by joining forums on the topics that are relevant to your niche.

In order to find forums, simply go to Google and type in “forum +niche keyword”. The plus sign will tell Google that you only want forums with that keyword in the title/description. So, for instance, let’s say you want to find forums that are based on Blues Guitar. You would type “forum +Golf” into the search field.

Once you’re inside the forums, find the most popular threads and make notes of the questions that come up over and over. Are there problems that need to be solved. Are these people looking to solve a problem? (i.e; improve my golf swing).  Also make a list of keywords and phrases that you think people might search for.

3. Keyword Research
The next thing you’re going to want to do is get a list of keywords that people in your niche regular search to find information that they want on your topic.
The best way to do that without buying expensive keyword research tools is to use the free Google Keyword Tool. Start with your main niche keyword and then drill down to longtail keywords that have low competition, but a lot of monthly searches. Add them to the a list and then save export them on the right to whatever format you prefer.

Now you’re ready to to begin creating your campaign and dominating your niche!

3-incentive-ideas

When you want to attract new subscribers to your opt-in list, it can be overwhelming to get started, especially when you know you’ll be competing with several other Internet marketers. The best way to build a massive list to improve your affiliate marketing sales is to entice your visitors with incentives to subscribe.

Here are 7 excellent ways to entice your visitors to subscribe to your opt-in list:

1.  Newsletter
Starting a newsletter is one of the most popular incentives to use when building an opt-in list for your affiliate marketing efforts. With an online newsletter, you can position yourself as an expert in your field, build credibility and trust, and ultimately more sales. However, one word of caution: don’t blast your list with nothing but sales. The reason your subscribers signed up is to get some free valuable information, so be sure to give it to them before pitching and affiliate product or service. Also, be sure to keep your content fresh, The biggest reason that people unsubscribe to newsletters is that they don’t feel the information is relevant to them any longer.

2. Free download
Often combined with a newsletter, the free download is a great incentive because it’s instant gratification and if it’s presented right, it can be perceived as a must-have item. For instance, if you were to provide the “3 secrets to making more money in your niche” in exchange for an email, that can be very enticing. The download could be a set of articles, an ebook, free software, or a number of other ideas. Make it valuable and you will have a happy subscriber list in no time!

3. Free Course
Another great way to get visitors to subscribe to your opt-in list is to offer them a free course on a relevant topic in whatever niche you are promoting.  A course can be small (but informative) consisting of as little as 5 or 10 articles spread out of a month’s time. This is just enough frequency to keep you in their minds and build a relationship, but also infrequent enough that it doesn’t seem like you’re bombarding their email
